We partner with community members as co-researchers, generate knowledge together that empowers communities. Rather than conducting research on communities, we work alongside them, centering local wisdom and expertise, building internal capacity, and producing findings that are meaningful to the people they describe. The result is research that communities can trust, use, and build on.

We use an assessment-driven discovery process to help organizations engage in deep learning as a foundation for strategic priorities and action.
